Boss Griddle and Fryer Cleaner

BOSS is one of the strongest cleaning and scouring products on the market for cleaning commercial griddles, fryers and ovens. This sodium hydroxide and anionic surfactant cleaner gives incredible results, every time.

USES:

Griddles: Mixing equal parts cleaner and water, simply spread solution on to grill, let sit for approximately 5 minutes. Wipe clean using a damp cloth & rinse well with potable water.

Deep Fryers: Follow package instructions to mix a solution of 1:40, add to fryer and bring solution to a boil for 20 minutes. Drain and Flush with hot water, then scrub the greasy residue while warm to remove.

Commercial Ovens: Using a brush, apply undiluted cleaner as directed on surfaces to be cleaned. Let sit for 5-15 minutes & wipe clean using a damp cloth. Rinse well.

Not for use on soft metals such as aluminum, bronze and brass.
