Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy is effective as of January 30^th, 2025.

Thank you for choosing Sinclair Cleaning Systems for your professional cleaning needs, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We will take every human effort possible to ensure your order is processed for shipping in a container of appropriate strength and rigidity for safe transit, with all components sealed securely to avoid possible leaks or damage. We maintain records to ensure that all products leave our facility in a satisfactory condition for their intended use. Once processed, all shipments are made FOB Origin, Freight Collect*.

Shipment Processing Times

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next available business day, when an expected delivery date will be provided as per the carrier chosen. Once shipment has been arranged, all expected delivery dates will be subjected to the carrier and no final delivery date can be guaranteed by Sinclair Cleaning Systems.

*The buyer takes ownership and liability as soon as the goods are picked up by the carrier. The buyer is also responsible for paying the freight charges as prepaid upon checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

At Sinclair Cleaning Systems, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your received product, we encourage you to contact us at frontdesk@sinclaircleaningsystems.com or by phone using our 1-800 number within 48 hours for assistance in determining eligibility of return.

Return Eligibility:

Returns will be accepted for certain unopened products, in their original packaging up to 30 days from receipt of sale date, if eligible. Eligible items returned after 30 days may be accepted, subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Eligible Returns:

Any items classified as non-stock or special order are ineligible for return to Sinclair Cleaning Systems.

Chemistry

Any and all chemistry ordered will not accepted as returns by Sinclair Cleaning Systems.

Equipment Parts

All returns and exchanges for equipment parts will be subject to eligibility; buyers are encouraged to conduct a thorough check to ensure the parts ordered are the parts required, Sinclair Cleaning Systems does not take responsibility for any mis-ordered parts, and exchange of said parts may be made as per our discretion. Please note any electrical components ordered for installation by an unauthorized mechanic or dealer will be ineligible for return and will not maintain any kind of warranty.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please notify the shipping carrier with 48 hours of receiving the shipment and comply with the shipping carrier’s policy for items damaged in transit.
